What you should bring with you:

Completed school education, high school diploma is desirable
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of training (evening, weekend, and holiday work is required due to the nature of the event business)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a team, reliability, and interest in music and culture
