The band Tristano Unchained lives from the musical class of the five individuals and the special constellation of these personalities: Bossert, Schmid, Rückert, Lennig and Smock - a top-class line-up.
Lennie Tristano developed his own musical language in the 1940s and captured it in his radical compositions - mostly based on classical jazz standards. Tristano Unchained brings this musical approach into the present, presenting new musical portals between current stylistic trends and the classic compositions of the Great American Songbook.
The new album Crypto Jazz will be released on the day of the Stadtgarten concert in the form of an NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens) as a digital artwork on the platform opensea.io and offered for auction.
