At JAKI, the multi-award-winning double bassist Caris Hermes presents pieces from her new production for the first time, which will be released on vinyl and CD in autumn on the Cologne label JazzJazz Records. Her trio with Billy Test on piano and Niklas Walter on drums will be expanded to a quintet on this evening by the two guests Paul Heller and Andy Haderer and once again stands for the development of the established sidewoman to a stylistically confident bandleader.
