Dear ticket holders, unfortunately the tour of Mads Langer scheduled for February 2021 has to be cancelled without replacement due to the current (as of 26.11.20) regulations and guidelines for the containment of the corona virus. Further information about ticket handling can be found at https://selectiveartists.com/covid-19/. A personal statement from Mads Langer will be available on his social media channels. We ask for your understanding and wish him the best of health.

With several multi-platinum singles and albums, one hundred million streams and ten consecutive sold-out nights at Copenhagen's Vega, MADS LANGER is Denmark's most successful solo artist. In 2009, the 35-year-old attracted attention in Germany for the first time with his single "You're Not Alone", and his pop song immediately cracked the Top 50 of the singles charts. After concentrating on his career in Denmark for a long time, the 35-year-old is finally back in Germany with his current single " Me Without You ": "With Me Without You, MADS LANGER lures summer out of hiding and delivers a contender for the summer hit of 2019" (Focus).
As a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, MADS LANGER impresses above all with his ability to write unforgettable pop anthems and thus fascinate tens of thousands of people all over the world - regardless of whether he accompanies himself alone on the piano or conducts a symphony. He always uses his voice in a subtle and nuanced way, but powerfully enough so that the intimate, goosebump-inducing guitar ballads and infectious earworms develop their full effect.
Yet everything could have turned out quite differently: Although he trained as a jazz pianist during his school years, MADS LANGER decided to throw his plans overboard after graduating from high school. Instead of going to the Roya l Danish Academy of Music, he moved to Copenhagen to push his own music. "Music has the strongest influence for me when it brings a melancholic feeling, but it also gives me hope and that's the crux I'm always looking for," says MADS LANGER about his songs. This autumn will see the release of his seventh album, for which he has worked with various co-writers and producers in LA, London and Berlin. With old and new songs, the Danish success export will be back on stage in Germany in spring 2020 after a long break.

Support: TOMI SAARIO

At the age of five he was given an acoustic guitar and taught himself how to play rock 'n' roll riffs. Then, at the age of seven, TOMI SAARIO discovered a genre for himself that would fundamentally influence his songwriting. "I heard Stevie Ray Vaughan and at that moment I fell for the blues," he says, listing BB King and Albert King as other influences. "I love writing pop songs and melodies, but with a soul and blues backbone. There's blues in the guitar riffs I write, but at the same time they're driven by Scandinavian pop melodies."
