The music of Caroline Davis is an immersive sonic and tactile experience based on the idea of grief and communication with ancestors as textural entities. The music was thoughtfully written to make connections to Caroline's ancestors who have transitioned and elements they wish to explore through the life cycle portal. Through this music, the ensemble engages with the connective tissue between dual and non-dual realms of existence. On their 2021 album - Portals, Volume 1: Mourning - this ensemble features Julian Shore, Chris Tordini and Allan Mednard.
