Change of managing director for concert operations of Stadtgarten Köln

Another generation change at the Stadtgarten Köln: 45 years after the founding of the Initiative Kölner Jazz Haus (IKJH) and after 37 years as the responsible commercial director of concert operations at the Stadtgarten Köln, the "European Centre for Jazz and Contemporary Music", Matthias von Welck is passing the baton to his successor Gregor Polzin, who will take over the commercial management of the internationally renowned venue from 1 July. Thereby he follows Reiner Michalke, who handed over the artistic direction to Kornelia Vossebein in 2022.
