With great pleasure we announce the reopening of our club JAKI: Now closed for 1.5 years, we can't wait to reopen the doors on Friday, October 1 for numerous concerts and club nights. In doing so, we are pleased to retain popular JAKI series such as "Jazz at JAKI" and the "Tom-Tom Club" Late Night, and to add the huge success of the "Songlines" series, which made its debut in the Green Room, to the JAKI program.
With the program of the JAKI opening weekend we may also announce a premiere: For the first Late Night on Friday at 11 p.m., the new event series "Précey" will take place, creating space for something new: The DJ scene in Cologne is still predominantly male, which the DJs and organizers Philo, Marie Montexier and Aino DJ want to change. Précey wants to be a safe space in the scene and overcome genre boundaries. The diversity of people in the Cologne scene should be represented and local as well as international newcomers should be supported and given a stage.
