How to get here
By car
Stadtgarten does not have a visitor car park. Parking is available opposite, on the other side of Venloer Straße, at the Aldi/Rewe supermarket car park (paid parking) or in the surrounding streets (some of which are paid parking).
Visitors with reduced mobility who are driven to the Stadtgarten by car and only wish to get in or out should use Spichernstraße to stop or our delivery entrance on Venloer Straße – however, parking is not permitted here.
Further information on travelling by car can be found in the ‘Journey’ section on our website.

For visitors with reduced mobility
If you are visiting Stadtgarten in a wheelchair, please feel free to speak to our staff on site if you require any assistance.
The concert hall, foyer and café-restaurant, including the terrace, are accessible via a ramp on the right-hand side of the building (entrance to the restaurant). Adjacent to the foyer is a wheelchair-accessible disabled toilet.
The concert hall has two wheelchair spaces when fully seated. There are accessible seats for people with walking difficulties. Further information on bookings, tickets and concessions can be found in the relevant section below.
Our outdoor stage, GREEN ROOM, can be accessed via the outdoor area of our catering facilities. The ground in the outdoor area is covered with gravel.
JAKI Klub can only be accessed via a flight of stairs and is therefore unfortunately not accessible.
Please use the restaurant entrance on Spichernstraße. The entrance near the DB bridge is not accessible.
Walking frames
Walking frames may be brought into the concert hall, provided they are not left in escape routes or obstruct them. Please feel free to speak to our staff on site to find a suitable place for your walking frame.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs on a lead are also permitted in the Stadtgarten event venues. When purchasing tickets, please contact us by email at konzertbuero@stadtgarten.de or by telephone on +49 (0) 221 - 952 994-10. This will allow us to reserve a suitable seat for you and your dog.
Tickets & Concessions
People with severe disabilities pay the concessionary admission price for all events where concessionary tickets are available.
People with severe disabilities holding a disability card marked with the letter ‘B’ who require a carer pay the concessionary admission price; the carer is granted free admission.
Wheelchair users are kindly requested to purchase tickets in advance via our online ticket shop. For seated events, seats ‘R1’ and ‘R2’ on the seating plan are reserved exclusively for wheelchair users. When purchasing these tickets, you can then reserve the adjacent seat for a companion.
For people with walking difficulties who have the ‘B’ mark on their severe disability card but do not use a wheelchair, barrier-free seats are available in rows 1 to 3. Please let us know in advance via reservierung@stadtgarten.de if you are coming with a companion so that we can reserve an additional seat for you.
Tickets are available via the Ticket section of our website.
Toilets
On the ground floor, there is a wheelchair-accessible disabled toilet with barrier-free access. The toilet facilities at Klub JAKI can only be reached via a flight of stairs and are therefore not barrier-free.
