JAKI presents: Saturday Sins

Saturday Sins is a queer-centered event series that celebrates sensuality, desire, and performance art in North Rhine-Westphalia. Rooted in ballroom culture and organized by a QT*BIPoC collective, Saturday Sins creates spaces where desire exists without shame and bodies move without judgment. The format combines high-energy showcases—ranging from “Sex Siren Temptation” and strip culture to erotic spoken word—with curated DJ sets, multisensory aesthetics, and dedicated community care. We stand in solidarity with sex workers and erotic artists and give them a stage: they are the true architects of nightlife culture.

By honoring the traditions, the labor, and the history that make these spaces possible in the first place, Saturday Sins is far more than a party: it is a space for cultural work, pleasure work, and community care that takes a clear stand against fetish tourism and voyeurism.

LINE-UP

PVSSYDIVX is a queer artist and DJ based in Berlin who’s passionate about perreo and guaracha. She also mixes various sounds, from cumbiatón and jungleton to salsa rosa and merengue.

SINNER from Düsseldorf brings a fiery mix of Afroelectronic riddims, deeply rhythmic Afro House, hard-hitting Baile Funk, and rousing club edits. SINNER has an innate ability to get the audience to unleash their rawest self-confidence and radiate uninhibited sexiness, both on the dance floor and in the ballroom.

Rooted in the sounds of the Black diaspora and driven by heavy bass and global rhythms: Hoe_mies resident and Nyash-Throwing enthusiast TRIGGER T brings a sound that transcends boundaries and genres—always raw, always international, and always built for the dance floor.

AAMAA is a DJ and artist based in Cologne. She is known for high-energy, cross-genre sets spanning UKG, bass house, and hardgroove. Rooted in a deep love for music, art, and pop culture, her selections are fast-paced, playful, and unmistakably her own.

Performances

AMARI is a Black, gender-nonconforming performance artist from Cologne who blends seductive elements, drag, and high-energy lip-syncing. As part of the Kiki House of Old Navy in the ballroom scene, AMARI’s work is dedicated to exploring the boundaries of performance art and invites us to rethink what it means to feel comfortable in one’s own skin.

Masculine energy meets a body that moves with seductive femininity: DARIO is Brazilian and deeply influenced by funk—a sound and movement that empowers raw, feminine sexual expression. As a Latin, POC, queer person, siren walking in the ballroom and performing are DARIO’s ways of exploring identity, the body, and human connection.

Seeta is a multidisciplinary artist from Düsseldorf who works in the fields of dance and music, with a focus on voguing and heels. Through her performances, Seeta aims to challenge social stereotypes and encourage the audience to reflect on their own perceptions of sexuality, the “ideal” body, and identity.

The Awareness Team Em&Em, an independent, BIPoC-led collective from Dortmund consisting of queer, BIPoC, and FLINTA individuals, ensures a mindful atmosphere for everyone.
