Going feat. Tatsuhisa Yamamoto move in search of a universal groove between minimal and trance. Double drums, keyboards and electronics create an intense, interstellar urban trip - music that makes the brain dance.

Japanese drummer Tatsuhisa Yamamoto is known for his versatile collaborations with musicians and theater groups. He has played on Drag City releases by Eiko Ishibashi and Jim O'Rourke as well as with artists such as Phew, Ua and Kahimi Karie. His work ranges from free jazz with Akira Sakata to theater and film music to international tours and performances with Keiji Haino, Oren Ambarchi and Giovanni Di Domenico.

Going consists of Giovanni Di Domenico, João Lobo and Pak Yan Lau. In the current trio line-up of keyboard, electronics and drums, they combine structured improvisation with multi-layered rhythms and textures and open up new sonic spaces.
