The Yellow Box Tour
Composer/saxophonist Peter Gordon will be performing with a stellar electro-acoustic edition of his Love of Life Orchestra, including new versions of selections from his collaboration with David Cunningham, The Yellow Box, which will be released on vinyl for the first time by Cologne’s Week-End Records.
This ensemble includes electric cellist Blake Leyh (composer/music supervisor for The Wire, Treme), and keyboardist/singer/trumpeter Max Gordon (East Village Radio, Love of Life Orchestra, Arthur Russell’s Instrumentals).
Gordon’s longtime collaborator Kit Fitzgerald will be projecting her signature video work.
