Fire! Orchestra plays WORDS
Jazz, contemporary classical music, noise, improvised music, folk, hardcore, electronic - all of these genres can be assigned to the large Swedish ensemble Fire! Orchestra. Led by saxophonist and composer Mats Gustafsson (The Thing) and bassist Johan Berthling (Fire! Trio), the orchestra presents its latest project WORDS: a journey through beauty, energetic passages and virtuoso musicality. Improvisation, groove, excitement and a constantly evolving line-up of top musicians.
The Fire!Orchestra has been known to Cologne audiences since its concert with the program Echoes at the Cologne Jazzweek 2024.
