Betti Latak, Olaf Karnik, Thorsten Reiter and Rolf Witteler have been DJing in Cologne's bars and clubs for a long time. Together they not only play dub versions but also the right reggae originals, ska, rocksteady and vintage dancehall. Classics and rare stuff, mainly from Jamaica.
The DJ collective has been playing in Cologne for over 25 years with a loosely changing line-up. It started with a dub breakfast at Mülheimer Brücke - then they moved on to the Popkomm football tournament in Gebäude 9 and Blücherpark in the Olympia Café at Gleisdreieck. For the fourth year in a row, the Veterans are now guests in the Green Room, a perfect place for a relaxed evening with off-beats in the warm summer air.
