Suzan Köcher is so much more than just another girl with a guitar singing pretty songs. She is deeply rooted in musical worlds that are much older than the 23 year old herself and spins a web of irresistable melodies that sound mysterious and consoling at the same time with their bittersweet charm. Her music combines Folk, Psychedelia and original songwriting that is not just chasing the next hit. In combination with her band Palace Fever she builds a parallel universe consisting of interwoven guitars, rumbling drums, dark mellotron orchestration and ancient
analogue synthesizers. Above it all shines her beautiful voice that combines deepness with ease and gives her timeless and idiosyncratic songs a totally unique twist. Last year her debutalbum „Moon Bordeaux“ was released on Unique Records and at the moment she is working with her band on her second record which will be released in early 2019.
