Pure Good Vibes Tour 2025

With her single "Pure Good Vibes", the versatile artist Ada Morghe heralded a new chapter in her musical career in February. The title track of her album of the same name, which was released on 13 June 2025, was created in close collaboration with British reggae legend Maxi Priest, whose unmistakable voice harmonizes perfectly with Ada's jazzy, soulful sound. The song combines Caribbean flair with the Jamaican attitude to life and invites you to enjoy the moment. "Working with Maxi was an incredible gift," enthuses Ada Morghe about the collaboration.

A musical journey to Jamaica
The inspiration for "Pure Good Vibes" began in January 2024 in Jamaica. Ada accompanied her bassist and producer Livingstone Brown, who also produces Maxi Priest, among others. A spontaneous idea turned into an entire album. "I immediately felt at home in Jamaica. The spirituality of the people and the musical history of the island really inspired me," says Ada. "Livingstone and I had an enormously creative time away from everyday life."

An album full of sophistication
While the title track "Pure Good Vibes" embodies the relaxed atmosphere of Jamaica, the album as a whole bears the musical signature of Ada Morghe. It combines jazzy sophistication with soulful melodies, inspired by artists such as Michael Kiwanuka, the energy of 60s R&B and Sade's legendary album "Diamond Life". The songs tell stories of passion, romance and authenticity.

Ada Morghe - alias Alexandra Helmig - is also known in Germany as an actress and author. Her award-winning novel "Beat vor der Eins" was recently published. She laid the foundations for her musical career with her play and later film "Frau Mutter Tier".
Her acclaimed albums "Pictures" (2019), "Box" (2020) and "Lost" (2023) show her enormous versatility. With "Pure Good Vibes" and the album of the same name, Ada Morghe now presents her most intimate and emotional work to date.
