After the extremely successful premiere of the Summer Jazz Festival last year, we will again be presenting selected concerts on three summer evenings in July 2019. From 18 to 20 July 2019 the bands of Dave Douglas, Bobby Previte, as well as Bunky Swirl and Gille & Landfermann will play with us as a duo and together as a quartet.

ENGAGE is Dave Douglas' latest band project, featuring an amazingly new cast of extraordinary musicians, including Chicago-based Jeff Parker and Tomeka Reid.

ENGAGE is a sequel to UPLIFT - a community of musicians that interprets a series of new compositions that focus on positive values of shared humanity, equality, diplomacy and love for our environment.
